Health & Wellness in Canada – Blog 2


To understand how Canadians are feeling and acting on their personal health and wellness we surveyed a national representative sample of 1,000 Canadian adults to get the full picture.

This is the 2nd of a 4 Part blog series that will introduce our Health & Wellness in Canada study. Our goal is to inspire you with insights that can help to grow your brands.

  • Canadians maintain their health by preparing meals at home, maintaining hydration and making healthy food choices.

 About eight-in-ten Canadians take these actions for health & wellness.

  • Food, beverages and sleep-related products are the top categories for health & wellness.

 

Nine-in-ten seek health & wellness in food products, while three-quarters look to beverages.

  • In addition to consuming more fresh foods, Canadians are managing their intake of sugar, protein, fibre and salt.

Health & wellness consists of consuming more positives nutrients and reducing of negative nutrients.
