To understand how Canadians are feeling and acting on their personal health and wellness we surveyed a national representative sample of 1,000 Canadian adults to get the full picture.

- Canadians define health and wellness as a mix of mental & physical health.

The most important goals for individuals include feeling better (52%), improving mental health (49%), maintaining mobility (48%), and staying mentally sharp (47%). This highlights a holistic approach to health, where both physical and mental well-being are equally valued.
- More than half are not fully satisfied with their personal health and wellness.

29% are unsatisfied and 28% feel neutral. This represents a large unmet need.
- Happiness and freedom are the top benefits associated with health & wellness.

About one-third of respondent’s link health and wellness to positive daily life outcomes, associating it with cheerfulness, freedom and balance.
